Mr. Ram is at the helm of several initiatives in technology, applications, processes, customer deliveries and business development. His mission is to effect a marked shift in leadership, commitment, creativity and culture with a view to accelerated increase in value delivery.
Mr. Ram is a silver medalist from Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Calcutta (IIM-C ranks among the Top 5 management institutes in India). Before joining Mastek, he was the CIO of Rediffusion Dentsu Young & Rubicam. |  |

R Sundar is co-founder of Mastek. Mr. Sundar was the founder and CEO of Majesco, Mastek's USA subsidiary. In 1999, he set up VARStreet.com, a B-to-B internet service promoted jointly by Mastek and K.B. Chandrasekhar of Exodus Communications. Sundar is the CEO of VARStreet.com and a member on the Boards of Mastek and Majesco. |  |

| John Dowd first joined Mastek as a senior business advisor in September 2008, and assisted in the creation of the Mastek's U.S. expansion strategy. Dowd, a long-time technology expert, joined Mastek from EDS, where he led two regions of EDS' global operations: Canada and Greater China/Korea. Prior to his years at EDS, he spent more than 23 years at Xerox, holding executive posts in a number of areas including product development and sales, technical service, business operations and worldwide marketing. Dowd earned a Bachelor of Science degree at the University of New Brunswick and attended the Carleton University School of International Affairs. He has attended international executive development programs at Indiana University Graduate School of Business and at the Canadian Centre for Advanced Management Training. |  |

Billy McCarter has overall responsibility for MajescoMastek's North American business. He was previously EVP and COO of ePolicy Solutions in Torrance, CA. until ePolicy was acquired by Insurity Inc in June of 2006. Prior to ePolicy, McCarter was SVP and Regional CIO of the Allianz Group in North America, and also served as the CIO for Fireman's Fund Insurance Company in Novato, CA. McCarter has also held key financial technology roles at Banc One and PNC Bank. McCarter holds a bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Sullivan University, Louisville, KY. and will complete his MBA with a concentration in Information Systems in September. He also has attended executive training at The Wharton Business School; Darden Graduate School; and Columbia University. McCarter has been recognized by the insurance industry as being among the Elite Eight CIOs in Property and Casualty Insurance and was past Chairman of LOMA's (Life Office Management Association) P&C Technology Committee. |  |

Erik represents MajescoMastek's interests in the Life & Annuity marketplace and is a key participant in all strategic discussions with customers and prospects, as well as internally with our sales and delivery teams. Erik has more than two decades of experience in the insurance industry developing product management organizations, managing distribution channels and driving financial analysis programs for insurance carriers. Erik's past accomplishments include developing Product Management for Nationwide Provident that drove over 25% compound annual growth and leading an entrepreneurial team at Hartford Life to revitalize product lines and generate customer-centric innovation creating a $1 billion line of business. |  |

Ross Pellizzari, Vice President and Strategic Client Executive, Canada

| Ross Pellizzari brings to his role 25 years of sales and marketing experience in various national and global technology organizations. He was most recently at Cisco Canada, where he rose through the ranks, starting as the Director of Sales, to Vice President of Central Enterprise, finally to Vice President of Channel Operations, where he was responsible for overseeing all Canadian channel activities. He is a graduate of the Queen's Executive MBA Sales Management Program and holds an industrial management engineering diploma from Mohawk College. |  |
