In response to the client-situation, Mastek created a streamlined and consolidated database, which eased the reporting process and made it flexible and scalable.

The system was completed and implemented within the schedule and budget.

It had the effect of streamlining the customers' business processes and systems, and made accurate financial data available for analysis and reporting. An added advantage was an interface with the existing CRM system.

One of the direct benefits of the new Data warehouse is that it helps the management find information on key aspects of their business, such as new applications, percentage of approved applications, run rate of actual accepted against budgeted figures, and Marketing Campaign performance. It is also used by the sales team to conduct marketing projects like Cross selling, Up-selling, Premium banking customers, top 10 customers etc.
